These Terms govern your use of VWS FollowUp (the “Service”), operated by [Your Company Legal Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
VWS FollowUp is a customer-relationship-management platform provided on a subscription basis. We may update features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use it to violate others’ rights.
3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our refund terms below. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.
4. Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case and may be prorated.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service software, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we retain your data for a limited grace period (see the Privacy Policy) and then delete it.
9. Governing law
